The Importance of Article Seven

     Article Seven is important because rules were needed to approve the Constitution. One of the concerns at the Constitutional Convention was making sure all the states got to approve it. State legislatures wanted a "say" regarding the new Constitution. They got their chance after the delegates signed it. All the delegates that signed the Constitution were very important people in America during that time. For example, George Washington and James Madison would become presidents of the United States. Alexander Hamilton became the Secretary of the Treasury in Washington's cabinets. Another famous person at the Convention was Benjamin Franklin, who was the oldest one there and was an inventor.
